Vervielfltigen im Sinne dieser Lizenz bedeutet, mittels beliebiger Verfahren Vervielfltigungsstcke des Schutzgegenstandes herzustellen, insbesondere durch Ton- oder Bildaufzeichnungen, und umfasst auch den Vorgang, erstmals krperliche Fixierungen des Schutzgegenstandes sowie Vervielfltigungsstcke dieser Fixierungen anzufertigen, sowie die bertragung des Schutzgegenstandes auf einen Bild- oder Tontrger oder auf ein anderes elektronisches Medium, gleichviel ob in digitaler oder analoger Form. 11. Unverzichtbare gesetzliche Vergtungsansprche: Soweit unverzichtbare Vergtungsansprche im Gegenzug fr gesetzliche Lizenzen vorgesehen oder Pauschalabgabensysteme (zum Beispiel fr Leermedien) vorhanden sind, behlt sich der Lizenzgeber das ausschlieliche Recht vor, die entsprechende Vergtung einzuziehen fr jede Ausbung eines Rechts aus dieser Lizenz durch Sie. 2.
