Work transported from one distinct network to another distinct network, via a laptop requires each network to be licensed properly.Additional licensing is also required if you are installing the font(s) on more than 5 devices (Site License), or a LAN/WAN Server with more than 4 devices, or, if you and/or additional users will have access to the font(s) at more than one location (Corporate License), or, if your printer/service bureau is installing the fonts for job output for more than one-time use (Service Bureau). EmbeddingYou may embed the licensed fonts into any document you send to third parties provided such embedding is restricted to viewing and printing that document.You may not embed the licensed fonts into software or hardware products in which the fonts will be used by the purchasers of such products. CopyrightThe font and the accompanying materials are copyrighted and contain proprietary information and trade secrets belonging to the foundry owning the font. You may be held legally responsible for any infringement of the foundrys intellectual property rights that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this Agreement.7. TerminationThis Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Wiescher-Design if you fail to comply with any provision contained herein. Upon termination, you must destroy the written materials, the Product, and all copies of them, in part and in whole, including modified copies, if any.8. Product UpgradesWiescher-Design may, from time to time, update the Product. Product upgrade pricing may apply.9. Disclaimer and Limited WarrantyWiescher-Design warrants the Product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twenty one (21) days from the date of delivery as shown on your receipt. Wiescher-Design' entire liability and your exclusive remedy as to a defective product shall be, at Wiescher-Design' option, either return of purchase price or replacement of any such product that is returned to Wiescher-Design with a copy of the invoice. Wiescher-Design shall have no responsibility to replace the product or refund the purchase price if failure results from accident, abuse or misapplication, or if any product is lost or damaged due to theft, fire, or negligence. Any replacement product will be warranted for twenty one (21) days. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Inspiration for the Daytona family came from a need to improve the block lettering used in televised sporting events. Jim Wasco, the typefaces designer, drew the design as sturdy squared letters based on humanist shapes and proportions. Letters were designed with legibility in mind, kept narrow for economy of space, and inter-character spacing is open for easy reading. Daytons soft rounded corners also make for a friendly and appealing design.
