A laptop may be one of the devices in the basic license of 5 devices as long as the laptop is associated primarily with the licensed location. Simply working offsite on a laptop is permissible in the basic license and is regarded as an extension of the site. Work transported from one distinct network to another distinct network, via a laptop requires each network to be licensed properly.Additional licensing is also required if you are installing the font(s) on more than 5 devices (Site License), or a LAN/WAN Server with more than 4 devices, or, if you and/or additional users will have access to the font(s) at more than one location (Corporate License), or, if your printer/service bureau is installing the fonts for job output for more than one-time use (Service Bureau). It is also one of those classes that everybody sleeps in. We have padded chairs.So I sit in a very unhealthy posture on my blue, padded chair, while the rest of the class is half-sleeping, discussing the matter of life and death itself, concentrating on the deep, invisible truth of life. TypeTogether reserves the right to determine the terms, conditions and pricing for any License Upgrades.2. One Back-up. You are permitted to make one (1) back-up copy of the Font Software for archival purposes only. Unauthorized sharing, lending, renting, sale, or other unauthorized use or misuse of the original Font Software and/or the back-up copy is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate cancellation of this License. For example only, you are not permitted to alter the Font Software in any way, such as by decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, modification, or altering or changing the Font Software or any associated embedding bits or convert the Font Software for use as a webfont without prior written notice to and the express permission of TypeTogether.3. TypeTogether retains all right and title to the Font Software, the trademarks, copyrights and the designs embodied in the Font Software.
