Vergtung in sonstigen Fllen: Bezglich lizenzgerechter Nutzung des Schutzgegenstandes durch Sie, die nicht unter die beiden vorherigen Abschnitte (i) und (ii) fllt, verzichtet der Lizenzgeber auf jegliche Vergtung, unabhngig davon, ob eine Einziehung der Vergtung durch ihn selbst oder nur durch eine Verwertungsgesellschaft mglich wre.Das vorgenannte Nutzungsrecht wird fr alle bekannten sowie fr alle noch nicht bekannten Nutzungsarten eingerumt. Es beinhaltet auch das Recht, solche nderungen am Schutzgegenstand vorzunehmen, die fr bestimmte nach dieser Lizenz zulssige Nutzungen technisch erforderlich sind. Alle sonstigen Rechte, die ber diesen Abschnitt hinaus nicht ausdrcklich durch den Lizenzgeber eingerumt werden, bleiben diesem allein vorbehalten.
