DSTYPE Unipessoal LDA shall have no responsibility to replace the product or refund the purchase, if the failure results from accident, abuse or misapplication and other damage. DSTYPE Unipessoal LDA does not grant further warranties than the liability of the font software and in no event be liable for any damages, including any lost profits or lost savings. Any replacement product will be warranted for 30 days.TerminationThe Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you or any of your authorized agents to comply with its terms.
