As long as you don't provide the entire font file to someone else in a manner that allows them to type you are in the clear. (with an exception for service bureaus, who, in some cases, need the font to output your layout.) Be sure to lock your .pdf files to disallow editing.I will use your fonts as images on a website. Is that permitted?This use is permitted. However, if you pass maintenance of the website off to someone else, and that person needs to modify the static images, your successor should purchase the font for their computer(s).I created a logo based on one of your fonts. Is that ok?If you provide a logo in a vectorized format to the client that depends heavily on an insigne font, that is acceptable, as long as you do not include the font files. However, if the client takes over the marketing and wants to use the font (all characters, not just the logo) in their extended branding (brochures, website, etc.), the client should purchase licenses for the computers they want to use the font on.Can I use your fonts and then send to a commercial printer?You may take a copy to the printer so they can output your layout.
