TipoType posee el derecho de distribucin de las fuentes de su catlogo.Esta licencia permite obtener los derechos de uso (no exclusivos) de la fuente y no los derechos de propiedad (o parte de ella) que pertenecen a TipoType o, en ltimo caso, a sus autores.2. El comprador est autorizado a instalar y utilizar el software de fuentes en un mximo de 3 ordenadores. En caso de superarse el nmero indicado, el comprador precisar de un acuerdo de licencia mltiple. Los ordenadores podrn estar conectados a cualquier nmero de dispositivos de salida (impresoras, filmadoras), pero no est permitido instalar el software de fuentes en ms de uno de ellos.3. No se permite vender, alquilar o ceder a terceros las fuentes adquiridas. Tampoco se permite compartir y/o copiar el software de fuentes. Solamente se permiten hacer copias adicionales del software por motivos de seguridad de datos (back-up).4. El comprador puede facilitar una copia del software de fuentes a una empresa de servicios (pre-impresin, imprenta) con el nico propsito de imprimir aquellos archivos en los que se haya utilizado dicho software. No est permitido transferir la licencia de uso a terceros, por venta, prstamo o cesin gratuita.7. El comprador podr modificar el software de fuentes (alterar trazados, introducir signos, variar espacios, convertir formato, etc.) solamente para su propio uso personal y/o profesional. No podr modificar la informacin relativa al copyright de la fuente. Tampoco podr, bajo ningn concepto, vender o distribuir la fuente resultante.8. TipoType garantiza que el software de fuentes funciona de acuerdo con las especificaciones publicadas en su pgina web. El nico compromiso que se adquiere con respecto al software de fuentes, en caso de detectarse algn problema, es su sustitucin por otro dentro de un plazo mximo de 90 das posteriores a la compra del producto.TipoType no se hace responsable de posibles daos o perjuicios que pudiera ocasionar el uso adecuado o no del software de fuentes.9.
