EndUser License Agreement (Agreement) for Cascadeur typeface (Font)Last updated: 12 dec. 2019Please read this EndUser License Agreement.By downloading or using the Font, you are agreeing to be boundby the terms and conditions of this Agreement.LicenseBy purchasing this Font you acquire a nonexclusive, limited licenseto download, install and use the Font solely for your personal, commercial purposesstrictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Font may only be installed on a single workstation, but can be used in multiple projects and for unlimited end products for sale.You may embed the Font in documents, applications or devices either as a rasterized representation of the Font (e. g., a GIF or JPEG) or as a subset of the Font as long as the document, application or device is distributed in a secure format that permits only the viewing and printing but not the editing of the text.RestrictionsYou agree not to, and you will not permit others to:a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise make the Font available to any third party.b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, or attempt to discover the source code of the Font. If a revision is material I will provide at least 3 days' noticeprior to any new terms taking effect.
