Clean, elegant & flexibleGerard Display is a beautiful rational typeface, a Scotch Roman dressed up as a high-contrasted Didot for this optical size. Its 6 weights and 6 widths made it adaptable and versatile with 36 fonts, from a solid Compressed Regular to a broader ExtraExpanded Heavy without losing a bit of grace. Gerard Display counts on an extended character set that covers a wide range of Latin languages and a lot of features (as stylistic sets, local forms, or a complete set of figures).

This end user license agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you (the licensee), or your company (or whatever you represent) and Rafael Jordn Oliver (c/Favareta 6, 2-3 46600 Alzira, Spain), and is applicable to the fonts (Font Software) you have ordered from us.Terms & definitions1. Rafael Jordn is The Licensor. 2. You (or End User or The Licensee) are defined as and refer to a customer who has purchased a license to use the Font Software.3. The License is a document that provides legally binding guidelines for the use and distribution of the Font Software.4. Font Software is defined as the designs of the font(s) downloaded from this website and identified on your sales receipt or invoice, which when installed on the appropriate generates a particular font.5. Invoice or Receipt means the electronic document you will receive as confirmation of the Font Software purchased.6. Device means any hardware intended to be used by one single user at a time. It includes, but is not limited to, desktop computers, laptops, hard drives or any similar device.General conditions1. By purchasing and installing Rafael Jordn Oliver Font Software, you agree on all the terms specified within this End User License Agreement (EULA).2. Upon payment in full, you will be granted a non-exclusive end user license grants you to use the Font Software for your own personal or internal business purposes according to the terms of this agreement.3. You agree that the licensed font is the exclusive property of Rafael Jordn Oliver and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.4. You may import and alter the bezier outlines of the licensed font in a drawing program. You may not modify the licensed font or create derivative works based on the licensed font without prior written consent from Rafael Jordn Oliver.5. Warranty & Limitations5.1 Rafael Jordn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages from loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the product even if the foundry has been advised of the possibility of such damages.5.2 Disclaimer and Limited Warranty: Any replacement product will be warranted for twenty one (21) days.5.3 This EULA shall automatically terminate upon failure by the Licensee (or any authorized person or member of the Licensees immediate household to whom the Licensee has given permission to use the Font Software) to comply with its terms. The termination of the EULA shall not preclude Rafael Jordn Oliver from suing the Licensee for damages of any breach of the EULA. The EULA may only be modified in writing signed by Rafael Jordn Oliver. 6. The use of licensed font for racist, mysoginist, anti-LGBTIQ+, xenophobic or fascist material is strictly prohibited. Also, the use for material of pornographic or illegal industry is prohibited.DESKTOP Specific conditions1. Allowed/Not Allowed Uses1.1 You may use the licensed fonts for all your personal or professional work.1.2 You may embed the licensed font into read-only PDF documents.1.3 You may not link the licensed font to web sites using the @font-face selector in CSS. A webfont license allowing @font-face usage is required. You can contact me to get a licensed webfont.1.4 You may not create letterform products for resale where the product consists of individual letterforms, like rubber stamps, where the likeness of the licensed fonts can be reproduced and the end-user can create their own typesetting.2. Number of UsersThis license allows you to install and use the font on a limited number of workstations defined in your order summary. All of these workstations must belong to the same individual, company, or organization that is licensing the font.3. Third parties and Transferability3.1 You may provide the font to a graphic designer, printer or other outputting service that is working on your behalf only if they agree to use the font exclusively for your work, agree to the terms of this license, and retain no copies of the font on completion of the work.3.2 You may not distribute, share or resell the font to third parties or make the font publicly accessible.WEBFONT Specific conditions1. The Web Fonts are licensed for one individual or entity. Licensed Web Font may be used on any web site owned/controlled by the licensee. Web designers or advertising agencies, for instance, may not use the licensed Web Font for benefit of multiple clients. Each user of Web Font Software must purchase a license that is proper for their uses.2. A page view is one request for the viewing of a page of your website. The average monthly traffic (the number of monthly visits per page) of your website should not exceed the amount of licensed page views specified in the receipt you received for the Licensed Web Font. If it does, you must purchase a license upgrade for the increased page view amount.3. You must use the fonts exclusively on the number of licensed websites with the sole purpose of HTML webpage design using @font-face in CSS files.4. You agree to ensure the Web Fonts are available only for the process of styling text on your website. You agree to prevent unlicensed third-party access to the Font Software. Direct downloading of Font Software from your web site or web server is strictly prohibited.APP Specific conditions1. The App Font Software is intended to be used on a mobile application software designed to run and function on Android, iOS, Windows Phone and any other mobile device operating system.2. The App Fonts are licensed for one individual or entity. The App Font Software may be embedded in the number of applications previously specified when purchasing license and identified in your receipt.3. A single App Font Software license covers its use in an equivalent application that is intended to work in multiple mobile operating systems. An App Font cannot be used as a tool or resource for third parties to create customized products or documents. You agree to protect the App Font Software from access and use by unlicensed third-parties.ePUB Specific conditions 1. The ePUB must be a non-executable file that can be viewed using eBook reader software or electronic reading devices. The Font Software should not be installed on the operating system that runs the electronic publication.2. You are permitted to embed the Font Software into electronic publications. The number of eBooks into which the Font Software may be embedded may not exceed the number of units licensed and identified in your receipt. Each title of an ePUB is considered to be a separate publication.3. The Font Software must be securely embedded within a file format, such as PDF, EPUB and KF8, that protects the Font Software by means of encryption.
